Responsibilities:
Perform and supervise all functions of the Apprenticeship Program, Master's, and Journeyman's Licensure for all partners across all areas of the company.
Works with Department Managers in keeping them informed of any issues and statuses of students.
Maintains and tracks any change of status, attendance and grade reporting, costs, and completion of education for the Apprenticeship Program throughout the year.
Regularly sends updates to Department Managers.
Works with trade schools, CTE programs, and universities throughout Moore's working areas to provide training and recruitment opportunities convenient to students.
Provides study material and reimbursements for Master, Journeyman, and Tradesman licensure.
Assists and learns other Partner Care (HR) functions.
