Full Time Full Benefits Available Email Me This Job Moore's Service Department sales, installs, maintains and services electrical, heating, air conditioning, piping, and plumbing systems for all types of commercial and industrial buildings in Virginia and North Carolina.
The Service Billing Administrator is responsible for billing all work orders within 10 days of completion of service calls.
Responsibilities:
Verify all attached documents are included in work orders upon completion of work
Edit work order description for customer friendly wording
Verify labor and parts pricing before marking work order approved for billing
Verify invoice does not exceed customer supplied NTE (Not to Exceed) amount
Verify service report includes all details of work performed and customer's signature
Verify all information on invoices are accurate in the invoice summary report
Provide backup for other Billing Administrators as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills including both written and verbal communication
Able to prioritize tasks and multi-task if needed
Able to work individually with a teamwork mindset
Willing to assist and collaborate with others when issues arise
Clean driving record and dependable transportation
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft products as well as efficient typing skills
Billing experience a plus
