The RN Clinical Coordinator leads clinical staff in a Centra Medical Group (CMG) practice.
This role connects practice clinical staff with Centra and CMG Nursing Leadership in order to impact and improve quality of care and the patient experience.
In addition, this position will perform nursing services with patients in partnership with providers.
The practice of CMG nursing reflects the American Nurses Association's (ANA) Code of Ethics for Nurses, the Nurse Practice Act of Virginia, and the ANA Principles of Nurse Staffing.
Qualifications/Education/Licensure:
Graduate of a school of nursing.
Hold a current, active license as a registered nurse in Virginia or hold a current multistate licensure privilege as a registered nurse.
At least one year of nursing experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within the first six months of employment and maintain current BLS certification.
Prefer Bachelor's degree in Nursing and experience in a medical practice.
