Quality Manager Manufacturing

QUALITY MANAGER-MANUFACTURING   Consilium Partners360 is pleased to be supporting our client, located approximately 35 miles to the east of Roanoke, Va., to assist them in finding a Quality Manager who brings strong leadership, customer interface skills and technical expertise to this world-class manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will bring a background in quality within a manufacturing environment, with some food/pharma manufacturing background, understanding of GMP's along with understanding and driving a key quality metrics dashboard. As the Quality Manager, you'll hold responsibility for leading all aspects of internal and external relationships relative to quality, including direct customer interaction, while also guiding the team for results.   This is a significant professional and personal opportunity to take the next step in your career with a financially stable, growth-oriented company. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Quality Manager will focus on driving the overall quality strategy and execution of the quality performance improvement program while raising internal awareness of quality standards. As a member of the Plant's Leadership Team, you'll have direct impact on overall results. We are interested in speaking with candidates who bring 8-10+ years in Quality/Manufacturing with high volume/high speed, strong leadership experience, along with a Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent focus of study and experience. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Food industry experience is strongly preferredrequired as well as experience with direct customer interface and involvement.  Competitive starting base salary that is supported by a comprehensive benefits program.   A relocation assistance program is provided.   
Salary Range: $90K - $110K

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
